Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Message frequency varies by program and your interactions; details are provided at enrollment.
Data retention and security
Messaging information is retained as long as necessary to operate the program and meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. We maintain reasonable safeguards, but no method of storage or transmission guarantees absolute security.
Protected health information
Standard text messaging is not a secure channel for sensitive medical information. Do not send sensitive or urgent medical information by ordinary text. Our handling of protected health information is addressed in our Notice of Privacy Practices.
